When placing an order, we will send you a proof via email for you to check. If you are happy with the proof, send a reply email to us “GOOD TO PRINT”
On receiving the acknowledgment we will endeavour to print & ship your items within 3-5 working days. Or select the required date on the Checkout Form letting us know your expectations and we will be in touch.
If you would like to Collect in person, leave a note in the instruction box on the Checkout Form.
If you need to amend any artwork, email us the new artwork or request some help.
When sending files please make sure they are below 20Mb per Email. If the files are over, email us for further instructions.
File types: we prefer PDF’s, however we can deal with other files types. We will contact you, if we encounter any issues.
